The room is normal double with an OUTSTANDING view of the skyline.

Location: the hotel was near the hop on and hop off bus stop and numerous tourist attractions, restaurants and bars with general ease. The room we stayed in was big sized and newly remodelled with the AC, the bathroom plus a nice view to the Angel de la Independencia.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms have been recently renovated with a fantastic selection of sports equipment, music options, and a wonderful balcony.

The room was extremely pleasant and stylish with a wonderful view of the skyline. The staff were all very competent and caring. Decent central location within walking distance of the financial district and Mexico City.

The breakfast at this hotel was excellent and the service was top-notch. It was a great way to start the day, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and a made-to-order egg station. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all CDC guidelines were followed, which made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of all the tourist attractions and close to a beautiful park. It was convenient to explore the city and enjoy all that it had to offer.

One negative aspect was the misinformation provided by the front desk staff regarding the distance to a certain location. They inaccurately stated it would only take 3 minutes, but it ended up being much longer, causing me to miss my bus.

The hotel's location is great, with coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and street food within walking distance. It is in a safe area, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the coach station that we needed.
